One day a friend of mine, a very close friend of mine came to me and told me ... " Neil, i am willing to die for you." Very sweet right and everyone was expecting me to say the sweetest reply which is " me too " but instead i said the different thing.That happened when we went out for an adventure camping. I don't know if she was just kidding or not but i told her this ... "Can you just live for me."
Then everybody just melt right in front of me when i said it.That's sweeter than what they expect.She ask me why and sweetly and tenderly i said ... " i don't need a dead hero in my life. I need a living hero."By the way i'm not going to share to you today about sweet words okay.Today i will remind you that you are a hero and you've got heroes. Yes you are, you really are and you really have. You are a hero in somebody's life. You are a hero to somebody because you cared for her or for him more than you cared for your self.You have people in your life who are heroes because they loved you and cared for you much more than they cared for themselves.
My mother is my hero. She is the wind beneath my wings because she sacrificed her life of not getting medical help for her cancer in the ovary, because for her, she would rather spend her money for her children's education.My former sweetheart, the woman i loved with all my heart, lungs, potassium, calcium ( he he he ) was my hero because she choose to take care of me in the hospital instead of going out with her office mates for island hopping.
I can enumerate the heroes in my life. I know you can too. But one thing for sure, your friends, your family can also enumerate the heroes in their lives and you are on the list because you cared for them.
Let me turn the table and make this mellow dramatic. Who are your heroes? Your mom, dad, sis or bro, your wife or your husband? why don't you tell them now how they have touched your life and how they mean to you. Say it while they can still hear you.Tell them they are your hero.

In Jesus name
Allow me to share to you the power of the name of our savior Jesus Christ.
When i left my job as a guidance counselor, personality enhancement program facilitator and dormitory adviser and plunge into training and speaking business, my only starting capital is my passion my dream and faith in God.
I was fully determined to follow my dreams and my passion but i was confronted with gruesome reality.The reality that i have no connection, no name in the industry, less skill, questionable looks (that was before ha ha ha)no support system and no clients. Having none of the needed tools to win i turned to God and pray and here's what happened:
I prayed for connections but i got people who discouraged me.
I prayed for clients but i got turn downs.
I prayed for capital but i got pressing and escalating bills.
I prayed for support but i end up giving support.
I prayed for paid speaking and training invitations but i got funeral invitations.
I prayed for health but i got sick.
My faith then was shaken.I thought of giving up and going home and hide my self in defeat, go to the mountains and live like a hermit but something hit me like a lightning.I forgot to trust the name and believe in the name of Jesus. Right there and then i prayed for the same things but in the name of our savior and provider Jesus Christ.And here's the awesome things that happens.
In Jesus name i got healed
In Jesus name i got connections, not just connections but divine connections
In Jesus name i got invitations left and right, front and back
In Jesus name i got more paid speaking invitations
In Jesus name now i can pay my bills
In Jesus name i got support system
In Jesus name i got business opportunities
In Jesus name i got people who believe in what i can do, what i can possibly be and with what i am doing
Have you prayed like you never prayed before but receive no answer? It's painful and discouraging right? I strongly suggest to you my friend not to give up. dig your heels and build your faith up everyday.God has wonderfully and amazingly prearranged
things, events, people, connections and opportunities for you. You just have to hold on and keep believing and trusting the name of Jesus Christ. Believe and have faith and claim what He has in store for you.
Look beyond your present needs and situation my friend.God wants to bless you in ways you can't imagine.You are about to be drenched by Gods blessing my friend and it is coming your way in Jesus name.

Whats up?
Do you have a dream?A goal? but find it impossible to achieve due to your "lack" of ...?
Just because you are born into a poor family, just because you are adopted, sickly, been to drugs before, failed before and many times, a single mother, a single father,and whatever doesn't mean you can't achieve your dream and be what you want to be.
Today and right where you are right, now i want you to make a decision for your self. Make a decision to be more driven towards success. Don't limit your self and your mind to believe that where you are now is where you will forever stay. Realize where you are now and where you wanted to go and what you would like to be.
Have the courage to pierce through your fears, doubts, needs, difficulties and through the people who doesn't believe in your dreams.The road to success demands a lot of things, so be determined to emotionally and mentally endure.Keep your eyes focused on the finish line!
There will be people who will tell you that your dreams can't be done. Some will tell you its a waste of time. They will give you a dozen of reasons why you should not pursue it. Never believe their blah blah blah. Simply ignore them and find ways to figure out how to achieve your goals rather than dwelling on their ideas.
Instead of listening to their suggestion take this dose of advise from me as you move on:
Make a decision to be successful
Know what you want
Commit your plans to the will of God
Be determined because determination gives you the mental toughness.
Keep your attitude positive.Positive attitude will make people associate with you.
See the best in people and learn from them.
Study, watch and learn from the people who been to where you wanted to go.Make them your models.
My friend, the world is waiting expectantly and with excitement to hear about your dreams, plans and your vision in life.Arise and make the first step! Be blessed!

How do you do you Job?
Prospering in todays economy requires an examination of personal dedication to your craft, job or business. And that's what i did when i plunge into the Training and Speaking Industry late of 2009.
I use to ask how can i get people to pay me? How much will i charge my clients for my services and programs? It boggled my mind and so i ask some people i know who partly do what i do.Their response is always... think of the price. After making some reflection i found out that such idea is a complete disaster for a neophyte in the Speaking and Training Industry.
To find the answer i choose to study how great Speakers and Trainers like Francis Kong, Anthony Pangilinan, Brian Tracy, Zig Ziglar and Les Brown do their job. What i discovered is the greatest tool to succeed in this line of job and i believe this applies to all kind of careers.It is putting great value on how you do you job.
Giving your best on how you render your service or program will definitely bring you to the next level.Think of how best you can do your job and then money will just follow.Here's what i always ask my self when it come's to giving my services:
Can the participants afford the price i will offer?
After the event will the participants feel empowered, happy and hopeful in the knowledge that they get from their moneys worth?
Will they be able to learn and apply what they can learn in their life, Business and work?
If so, then, they will book me again for their next event and even ask me to be their training provider. If the organization that pays for my services can see productivity among their employees and the profit that happened as a result of my services. If they make more money as a result of my presentation then rest assured they will ask for more of my service.
Only then can i ask my self ... what is the worth of my services and program now? There is a great need to provide value on how we do our work. That includes valuing and honoring the time and every hour of your "working hours".Whatever is your job, do it with all your best and work right.Don't just work for the money but to make a difference.Lastly, after doing your best always ask your self " am i providing value to my work beyond the amount they paid me? This question will keep you at your best.

Why I joined the Wellness and Health Network Industry
A number of people i call friends ask me why i joined the Wellness and Health Network Marketing Industry. The thing is they ask me with a tone that is mocking my decision.They are the people who can't see an opportunity but a risk. They are the people who wanted to have their own business but won't invest.They are the people who relies on their end of the month paycheck.
They are also the people who most of the time complain about their salary and their boss and the people they work with.
Wanting to shed enlightenment to their troubled souls (just kidding)i give them a straight to the hearth answer.My reasons are the following, check this out for your hearts delight:
I had the opportunity to provide trainings to hospital employees and medical schools and i discovered that this institutions is not only in the business of saving lives but they are more focused and concern more exceedingly with treatment or treating the symptoms of the illness and i am sure they have little to do with preventing illness. In other words they respond to the illness.And because that is not on top of their jobs, Wellness and Health Industry can come in with their products.They can be partners if necessary.
I have seen a lot of people working right and diligently. I have seen many people who are investing and are now enjoying the financial rewards of their efforts.They now can afford to buy a rest house. Live in an exclusive village with all facilities.They now can afford to go to the best resorts and vacation capitals. But how can they enjoy all that if they are sick. Nope! there's no way they can jog and walk and swim and ride with bikes and do all relaxing stuffs if they are not healthy.
Have you noticed that you can find most of these fellows in spas and health clubs. It is all because they want to be healthy. They are actually the biggest market for wellness and health product.This wealthy individuals who are so concern with their financial situations are in the same way concern with their wellness and health.
This people believe that as their income and wealth increases they too need to be physically healthy so they can enjoy the wealth and success they have acquired. Got me? Need proof? Go to wellness centers, spa and fitness clubs. You can find them there.They are the growing market of wellness and health products.
They are the growing sector of our economic society.They are the people who are concern with what they eat and drink.A friend of mine told me " but there's just a few of them." Yes they are just few in terms of percentage and in total percentage of our population but this sector represents more than 50% of our economy.
The Wellness and Health Industry has just started. More and more people wants to be healthy, sexy,young and smart.Yes there is an exploding market that's why i joined this network marketing business.Another thing, the reason why i joined is because i love meeting people and making a difference in their lives.I joined because this is the business that gives the investor the opportunity to direct the sails of his sales.
I can give you more reasons but i have to go because i need to see somebody who needs some wellness and healthy opportunity.Why not join my friend and have another stream of income.Don't just depend on your painful paycheck. Earn through wellness and health industry. Join now!

Just Got Lucky
Hi!How are you doing these days? As for me, i am busy preparing the needed requirements to register my Corporate Training and Speaking Business.Yep i'm busy but i got something to make you ponder upon your being one such lucky individual.
Somebody emailed me two nights ago enumerating how unlucky he was and how lucky his boss is.He enumerated to me his reasons in bullet style.Wanting to make him realize that he's got the luck i gave him simply just three reasons why he is luckier than his boss and here's the three:
I told him...
When the clock hits 5pm you simply scram towards the door after punching out your time card and left leaving the work load and the problem of the company behind. But your boss will stay behind or if not he will go home too but still bringing on the problems of the company like: the sales, the on going expansion, the deficit, the employees low productivity and more like about you if he is going to fire you or to keep you or to promote you ha ha ha.
He has a boring parking area. I mean can you imagine him parking on the same spot day in and day out, year starts and year ends? While you ( if you have a car )almost search the four corners of your company parking area just to get a spot. That's pretty exciting and that's what you call " adventure in the parking lot"
Third and last reason.He/ She is all alone in the office with nothing but pictures of former president's of the company or owners of the company whom i am sure now resides in a very quite world. ( You know what i mean ) He is being watched by long gone people and more than half of them are probably dead, bothering his conscience and his leadership style while you rub shoulders with the living, with the noisy, with the boring, with the complainers and the beautiful and the handsome. Isn't that worth telling your self that you are lucky.

Smile your way to Success
Need help? Need money? Need opportunities? ... Smile and you will have it.
I met someone who told me she needs all the help she can get to earn more money for her sky rocketing financial needs. She said " i'm in a difficult time. I need opportunities.Good things just never happen to me. I need someone's help but no one is there for me.Opportunities never come, i wonder why i'm not getting any help and break."
When i heard her say that i told her straight ..." of course no one will come to rescue a damsel in distress like you who frowns all day, who always moans, complains and groans.I know i sound so cruel to say it but i wanted her to wake up out from the negative bed.
Then she inquired what she has to do. I gathered my thoughts and make a strong suggestion and here are the points i gave:
Put more energy to your self and don't appear like your potassium is depleting.
Fix your self ( i mean make your self beautiful }
Stop complaining, moaning and groaning
Pray and take action
Remember that what you focus on more often grows so focus on the positive
I certainly believe that opportunities and encouragement comes from and through our associations.And because this is very much true we need to be the people who others wanted to be around with.Here's three reasons why:
.People wants to be around happy people and not with the complainers and moaners.
.They wanted to rub shoulders with people who can lift them up not drain them down.
.They need joy and because they need joy they will avoid joy drainers.
A person who smiles and is happy will have more opportunities because opportunities comes from other people and when you are happy you will attract happy people who can help you see the opportunities.Your smile is your greatest tool. It is one of your most powerful potential and capital. So why not invest a smile today.Who can resist someone who smiles? Who can resist happiness?
You will attract people and opportunities into your life when you are someone others love to be around.So today say no to complaining, groaning, moaning and back biting but instead wear a smile and you will be surprised how opportunities and blessings will come to you.Your smile is your way to a solution. Your smile is your ticket to someone's heart, wallet and bank account ha ha ha.Your smile is your ticket to success.
Live the life you always wanted and deserve! Smile!
